Sauna New Finnish Horror Film

Unfortunately I do not think the movie Sauna is about a killer Sauna, it is described as “a cruel horror film bathing in the Finnish sauna culture, in the no-zone between Christianity and paganism.” I guess you have to be a Fin to understand what that means.

You can check out the trailer here, or see pictures of chicks, (not from the movie) in saunas below. No nudity!

Synopsis:

Year 1595 - the long war is finally over. Brothers Knut and Erik - who are part of the commission marking the border between Finland and Russia - commit a terrible sin as they leave a young girl to die a horrible death. As the commission crosses the uncharted swamp the girl returns to haunt them, her face pouring endless filth. Weary men find solace from the nameless village and find a sauna - The sauna where all sins are washed away. Seeking forgiveness the brothers step in…

Sauna is a horror film about sins and repentance. The story leads us into the core of darkness, where there is no hope, no salvation.

Sauna is the first feature film release from Bronson Club. The previous movie of director AJ Annila “Jade Warrior” was the first ever Finnish-Chinese Kung Fu movie and its rights have been sold to over 50 territories world wide.
