Corey Feldman Is Smoking Crack Again If He Thinks Lost Boys 2 Is Going to Theaters

Is Corey Feldman hitting the pipe again? He is upset that Warner Bros. is not releasing Lost Boys 2 in theaters. Feldman posted on his Blog:

“The only real shot there is left is if every single fan of the movie were to take the time to personally hand write a letter to The president of Warner Bros. Jeff Robinov and send it directly to his desk c/o Warner Brothers studios. If by chance every single one of you wrote a plea letter it may make a differance, but I sure can’t make any promises. I know many of you are feeling dissapointed and hurt….as am I and as you should. We see a lot worse movies get theatrical releases every week. But you can lead an exec. to the theater but you can’t make him watch. Oh well, either way I hope you enjoy the film when it comes out on whatever format.”

I know drugs can cause brain damage but I doubt the five people who read Corey’s Blog are really going to make a difference. He should be happy he even got a sequel, and not a remake. You can look out for Lost Boys: The Tribe sometime in July 2008.

Synopsis:

The sequel is set in the shady surf city of Luna Bay, California, where vampires quickly dispatch anyone who crosses their path. Into this dark world arrive Chris Emerson and his younger sister, Nicole. Having just lost their parents in a car accident, the siblings move in with their eccentric Aunt Jillian and become new prey for the locals’ way of life. When Nicole unwittingly falls for a local vampire, Chris must locate and destroy the gang’s lifeline before his sister’s transformation is complete; to do this Chris finds himself relying on the expertise of none other than Edgar Frog (Corey Feldman). Subtle references to characters from the original film, and cameos from returning actors offer homage to the Lost Boys legend and set a sinister tone of impending doom.
