World War Z Script Review

I normally hate script reviews, and I normally do not post links to other sites reviews, however just the other day I was sitting on the toilet thumbing through Max Brook’s Zombie: Survival Guide and I wondered what was going on with the World War Z (Read Book Review) movie. If you have not read either book I highly suggest you do, they are far two of the best zombie novels I have read in recent memory. Unfortunately Brad Pitt’s production company is producing this for Paramount and he is rumored to maybe star in it.

World War Z is an interesting book and one that could be hard to adapt into a movie script. It is an “Oral History of the Zombie War” written as a series of interviews: “WORLD WAR Z is Max Brooks’s life work. Logging countless hours of travel to capture and preserve first-hand experiences from the Dark Years, Brooks records in great detail the one aspect that has been neglected in all previous retellings of this war: the extraordinary job we did in coming together to thwart our extinction and reign triumphant.”

If you go to IESB.net there is a better explanation of the book and a full script review. Drop us a line and let us know what you think. This one is going to be big!
