Here are a few pictures of Jessica Alba in The Eye, the remake of the Hong Kong film Gin Gwai, where a blind girl gets an eye transplant and starts seeing ghost.

The Eye is directed by David Moreau and stars Parker Posey, Alessandro Nivola (Jurassic Park III), Chloe Moretz (My Friends Tigger & Pooh), Rachel Ticotin.

I would also think it would be safe to say that this will probably be PG-13, and hopefully one of the last crappy Hollywood, American remakes of an Asian horror film.
