D-War’s release date is set for September 14th and is based on a Korean legend, where creatures (Imoogi) will return and destroy mankind. Ethan an investigative reporter is closely following a series of unexplainable disasters. When a young woman named Sarah is linked to those occurrences, Ethan remembers that an ancient man he met many years before had predicted all of these events . Aware that Sarah must sacrifice herself in order to save Los Angeles from total destruction, Ethan tries to convince Sarah that there is another way to battle the Imoogies.
The film stars Jason Behr (TV’s ROSWELL, SKINWALKERS, THE GRUDGE), Amanda Brooks (CUT OFF, FLIGHTPLAN) and Robert Forster (JACKIE BROWN, DIAMOND MAN). The movie was directed by Hyung-rae Shim (DRAGON TUKA, POWER KING) and produced by James Kang.
