How the hell do you “review” a film like Action Girls: Soldiers of the Dead: Part 1? I don’t think you can. From the first day director Scotty Jx contacted me I was confused as to what it actually is. I guess Actiongirls.com is a website where you check out naked girls dressed like Nazis holding guns. Personally, it sounds like something I got drunk and wasted my money on one too many times in the past. So Action Girls is the feature length film version of the website?
Instead of still photos you get a plot and moving pictures of the girls in Action!
If you are in the mood for some hot naked chicks, and I am talking really naked (you don’t even need to be creative with the pause and zoom to catch some full on vagina shots), then Action Girls is the movie for you. After a very, very long scrolling text explaining the back story of Action Girls, you are thrusted right into a full on orgy of exposed female flesh, boot licking, and more tits and whoo-whoos than even I cared to count.
What is Action Girls about? Who cares, this is your Skinemax dream movie. The hours of your life you wasted (before the invention of Tivo) sitting up trying to jack-off to bad foreign “after hours” films on cable, or the scrambled porn channels would have paid off if they had made movies like this. I want say the story is enough to separate this from porn, but I have actually seen porn movies with about the same amount of plot. Action Girls is like a Vivid film without the condoms, or the hardcore penetration.
It is your normal post-apocalyptic tale where roaming bands of thugs that enslave women and I guess the women fight back. It features nude gladiator fighting, bloody torture scenes, and tough bitches with guns fighting for their lives against the gangs that want to enslave them… or so I think.
That is about it. It actually looks like the people behind this film worked hard on it. I can’t even begin to imagine the “boob-budget” for this, I don’t believe it is cheap to get so many women crawling around butt-naked, but I also have no idea what I am talking about. All I know is one night at a strip club can cost a man thousands, and you are not even trying to get the girls to attempt to act. So the fact that they had enough left in them to also do some special effects and actually film a full movie, I take my hat off to them. You’re lucky to get one good nude scene in a horror films these days. Action Girls delivers a whole lot more and then some.
If you have a collection of horror films rounded out by a bunch a softcore porn flicks, Action Girls will probably be a nice edition to your collection.
