IFmagazine had a chance to talk with Don Coscarelli who told them that there will, hopefully, be no “Phantasm” remake, but there may be a “Phantasm 5″ released by Anchor Bay. Coscarelli says that he already has a completed script for the film and would love to work with the original cast again.
“I would love to work with them again,” Coscarelli says. “Anchor Bay is starting to finance movies and they are eager to get us to make another film, but it is a function to find the time.”
