title “Twin Peaks, The Second Season” on April 3rd 2007. And here is some insider info, you can go to Amazon now and preorder it now for a LOT less. And with a run time of 1081 minutes to keep you busy,
And for anyone that is paying attention, the first season was released about 5 years earlier. Why the long delay in the second season release? Well, contrary to what some believe, it was NOT due to poor sales. Actually, it was probably the opposite. After the first season came out and did well, there was a battle over the rights between 2 studios. Supposedly, things have been settled and David Lynch has put even more love and care into the second season discs with the show looking better than when it originally aired. The Paramount DVD extras will include all of Bravo’s “Log Lady introductions” for the individual episodes and each disc will be hosted by familiar people involved in the making of the
show including several of the directors. And you can look forward to seeing daughter Jennifer Lynch too.
