The Alien Quadrilogy is one of the best and most complete DVD box sets ever to be released, and it just got better with the Alien Anthology on Blu-ray. The six-disc set arrives in the US on October 26. Here are all the important details via Blu-ray.com.
“There is about 60 hours of special features and over 12,000 images, including material from the legendary early 1990s LaserDisc release, the “Legacy” release and the Quadrilogy DVDs. The Anthology offers nearly five hours of additional video Enhancement Pods created exclusively for this collection, presenting behind-the-scenes footage, raw dailies and interview outtakes from all four films.” The AVP movies are not included in this set.
The set will also be initially offered in a limited edition alien egg packaging (see below).
