I called it 2009… Well kind of. I basically said that more washed up singers, actors and porn stars should appear in Z-grade horror movies, and I used Tiffany and Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus star Deborah Gibson as examples.

According to EW.com the two 80’s pop stars “will throw down in an epic battle” for Sci-Fi’s (I refuse to write SyFy) original movie Mega Python vs Gatoroid. Wait! Before you cream in your pants, they already screwed it up.

Instead of Debbie Gibson playing the passive animal lover, and Tiffany playing the power hungry scientist trying to control the Python and Gataroid — Gibson’s going to be a “fanatical animal rights activist,” while Tiffany will tackle the part of an “overzealous park ranger.” Why dont they consult me on this kind of shit?

One should be playing a cute, lovable character on the side of good, while the other plays an evil bitch. They could make an entire franchise based on Gibson vs Tiffany, kind of like Austin Powers vs Dr. Evil or Batman vs. The Joker. The cameo possibilities would be endless.

Someone better hurry and steal my idea before all the remaining 80’s TV stars die of accidental prescription drug overdoses. Damn Gary Coleman’s wife for killing him, he would have made the perfect retired drunk sea captain.
