Top Ten Nastiest Films Ever:
Cannibal Holocaust – Again, I always give a warning and a recommendation with this one. A story within a story about a professor researching what happened to a missing crew by watching their footage. Features: Murder, torture, rape, pole up the ass (?), decapitation, cannibalism, and an aborted fetus.

Ichi the Killer – You ever wonder why Eli Roth wanders around in that silly outfit? Here is the answer. A very complicated story about a missing Yakuza boss, his loyal, masochistic gang leader, and Ichi, a psychopathic killer with a dark childhood secret, who is controlled by a retired cop. Features masturbation, murder, rape, a decapitated child, boiling oil burnings, nipple slicing (eek!), torso cut in half, and my personal favorite, a dude cutting off his own tongue in spite. Sometimes difficult to sit through, but the plot is genius.

Baise-Moi – A rape victim and a former prostitute join forces on a cross country killing spree. This a Rape/ Revenge flick directed by a woman and Yes, there is a REAL hardcore rape scene featuring penetration. Most men hate this feminist look at rape, but I rather liked it. Best line: “I don’t care about their scummy cocks, I don’t keep anything precious in my cunt for them to take.” Features: the obligatory rape scene, a gun shot into a dude’s ass, period dripping into a sink, and a guy run over in his own car.
NekRomantik – A man brings home a corpse for his lady love and him to play with. When she leaves him and takes their “friend”, he delves into madness and that plays like an existential dream. Features: Necrophilia, ménage a trois, real rabbit skinning, cat entrails, and a great climatic scene in which blood and jizz explode from the dude.
Salo – Based on stories of Dante and De Sade: the Circle of Manias, the Circle of Shit and the Circle of Blood. Four fascist libertines round up 9 teenage boys and girls and subject them to 120 days of physical, mental and sexual torture. Features full frontal male & female nudity, feces, golden showers, rape, sodomy, gay sex, transvestites, child execution, and ….a Conga line.

Visitor Q – A “visitor” joins a family and helps better their lives. Holy Mackeral! Features: a son who beats his mother, a mother that whores herself to afford drugs, and a dad who pays to have sex with his own daughter. Do you get that their dysfunctional yet? No? Okay, the dad videotapes his son getting beat up by bullies, he tries to rape his co-worker accidentally killing her in the process, and then rapes her corpse. I will be nice enough not to say what he uses as lubricant, but I will tell you that rigor mortis kicks in during coitus. Oh and there is real breast milking/ squirting.
The Untold Story – A Chinese cook makes people into pork buns. I personally didn’t care for this one. Features: Rape and very inappropriate use of chopsticks, and children being murdered on screen.

Red to Kill – Oh boy. A teacher rapes a retard. I have no idea how else to put it. Features: rape, a circular saw, full frontal nudity, and self mutilation.
Aftermath – Nacho Cerda’s short film about a woman’s soul that passes on while her body is defiled by a coroner. Features: Mutilation, necrophilia, videotaped rape, and a dog that eats her heart.
March of the Penguins – A French documentary chronicling a bunch of penguins dying. Features: Eggs dying, Babies dying, Mothers dying, Father dying, penguins getting eaten, and penguins freezing to death. Oh and I am sure they filmed penguin rape and included it as an extra on the DVD, but I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t make it through half the movie.
Runner Ups: Porno Holocaust, Pinky Violence series, Murder-Set-Pieces, Night Train Murders, I Spit on Your Grave, Last House on the Left, Gozu, Angel Guts series, Entrails of a Beautiful Woman, Mother’s Day, Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS, Evil Dead Trap, Funny Games, Battle Royale, Guinea Pig series, Island of Death, and Kichiku.
