HorrorYearbook.com is part of a horror social bookmarking website like Digg called Bloodee.com. I was poking around there to see what stories were bookmarked and I tripped over this. According to Entertainment 1 “A rubber penis and fake severed head have been stolen from the set of new horror film ‘Hannibal Rising’.”
Director Peter Webber says: “There’s also a scene with a body that Hannibal Lecter is working on. It’s a full-size replica human body, including the genitals. Somebody took the genitals - they had to cut them off. So someone somewhere has got a large rubber penis and a rubber head.”
He is also convinced that they are going to try and sell it on Ebay. I wonder if they were just hungry, it is a movie about a cannibal after all.
