Out of all endless news stories from the past weekend, this is one of my favorites. Robert Rodriguez’s GRINDHOUSE trailer, MACHETE, is getting the feature length treatment.

MACHETE will tell the story of the tough as nails Mexican (Danny Trejo) who is wronged by the US government and seeks revenge, taking them out one at a time.

No production date has been set since Rodriguez will be busy with BARBARELLA first.
