I Scream Man Signs Romero?

As ridiculous as I SCREAM MAN sounds, it is shaping up to be quote the ensemble horror flick. Crispin Glover (WILLARD) is set to star as the titular “I Scream Man” and if that don’t float your boat, then how about George Romero as bartender Earl at Carpenter’s Tavern? Supposedly, Romero read the script and decided instantly to do it. So that may be a testament of the awesomeness that I SCREAM MAN is to be, but I prefer to enjoy the outrageous cast so far. Crazy Tom Sizemore (TRUE ROMANCE), cutesy Haylie Duff (NAPOLEON DYNAMITE), 80s Judd Nelson (THE BREAKFAST CLUB), and cool cat Fred Ward (TREMORS I & II).

I SCREAM MAN tells of a bitter ice cream vendor (played by Glover) who creates bloody mayhem on the small town of Hooper, Wyoming, after driven mad by brutal memories from his sick past. It’s great that they could get Romero, but they couldn’t get Tobe Hooper to be a character in Hooper city? Just a thought… I SCREAM MAN is helmed by first time director J. T. Mollner and you can see him in a wifebeater on IMDB.
